Archian Builders Construction is the construction arm of Archian Designs Architect Studios.
ARCHIAN DESIGNS ARCHITECT STUDIOS is a collaborative practice of Architects and Engineering. Based from Iloilo, Architect Ian Jay Bantilan while working for Naga Architects, conceived a place where engineers work hand in hand with designers. This was in Dubai in November 2010.
Archian Builders Construction is composed of Professional Structural Engineers, Professional Electrical Engineers, Professional Mechanical Engineers, Draftsmen, Foremen, Leadmen and skilled construction workers. The company is started by Arch Ian Jay Bantilan in 2017.
There is a big challenge for owners and clients in the Philippines to get satisfactory work with so much unlicensed and unskilled work.

In 2016, after multiple design projects in my belt, I started contracting work in Bacolod City. This led to construction projects in Manila and Iloilo City. My work includes clients like seamen, doctors, expats, usually Americans and a Belgian going to retire in Iloilo.
