Architect Ian Jay Bantilan graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 2001. He passed the Architecture Board exam in 2003 and the Emirates Engineering exam in 2007. He apprenticed in Manila under Architects Jose Siao Ling in San Juan, Edgar Reformado in Quezon City, and Jose Miguel Benedicto in Makati.

I have been a designer, contractor and fabricator of interiors for 18 years. I have also worked in all kinds of environments from international company dealing with Americans and Arabs to interfacing with foremen on site – Indians and Filipinos.
In 2016, after multiple design projects in my belt, I started contracting work in Bacolod City. This led to construction projects in Manila and Iloilo City. My work includes clients like seamen, doctors, expats, usually Americans and a Belgian going to retire in Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Our team includes structural engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, draftsmen, foremen, leadmen and construction workers.
